CASE STUDY: Planet One Realty

PROBLEM: Planet One Realty (Planet1Realty.com) was a real estate agency that had poor branding, an outdated website, limited social media presence, and no regular, reliable lead-flow.

BRAND: It is a common problem among real estate agents and agencies that they are perceived as a generic and thus a low-value commodity - like ‘salt’ or ‘sugar’.

The first thing we did was work to differentiate and focus brand. We decided to leverage their name “Planet One” and tie it directly to a community good. By offering a small donation to a non-profit with every sale, the agency have a distinctive, focused brand, and a powerful lead-generating slogan: “Sell your house, Save the World”.

WEBSITE: Following the refocused branding, we re-fashioned the previously outdated website to be congruent with the new brand. The new site has video integration and vibrant and fun feel - calling on customers to “be the super-hero” in helping to save the world together!

SOCIAL MEDIA: The agency had no real social media presence. We started some limited social media action by claiming media platforms with the brand and doing some limited posting. More in the future.

FACEBOOK ADS: The agency had done no previous online advertising and only word of mouth leads. By developing and focusing a highly targeted FB ad campaign the agency achieved about a 100 leads in the first 30 days and converted 7 into active clients.
